- Margarita:
A Mexican classic, Tequila, fresh citrus mix of lemon & limes served over crushed ice with salted rim.
- Aperol Spritz:
Hailing from Italy, the Aperol Spritz has gained immense popularity as a refreshing aperitif. Combining Aperol, prosecco, and soda water, this bittersweet cocktail is an absolute crowd-pleaser.
- Little Passion
Stollies Vodka, Passion fruit & Mango topped with a dash of soda and mixed berries, served over crushed ice.
- Elderflower Fizz
Bombay Sapphire Gin served with soda, elderflower & pomegranate served over crushed ice.
- Cuba Libra
Havana 5yr rum served with a splash of lime, Coca Cola & crushed ice
- Elderflower Collins
Bombay Sapphire Gin, Sicilian lemons, British Elderflowers with a splash of soda served over crushed ice.
