A High-Energy Activation for London Marathon Events
27th April 2025 – a day to remember for The Bug Club DJ Vans, the sustainable event supplier for London Marathon.
Parked up at the 23rd Mile Marker of London Marathon Events we cheered on and supported thousands of runners through to the finish line with our sustainable DJ Van with Lucozade branding. We created a moment of magic, fuelled by music, celebration, and community.
What We Delivered

We brought our Luzocade branded Discobug to the streets of London providing:
– Live Celebrity and In-house DJ sets

2. Celebrity Appearances That Elevated The Crowd
We were proud to host some incredibly guests:
– DJ AG, the viral DJ sensation with over 1 million social media followers, brought high-energy straight to the marathon route.
– Football legend John Barns delivered an impromptu rap performance that lifted spirits and drew cheers from spectator and runners that were lucky enough to pass during his performance.
Their presence added a serious wow factor, a perfect example of memorable brand activations that connect with an audience.

We’re grateful to Martin Audio Ltd for sound tech support and Wattsun for powering our DJ Van – keeping our setup 100% fossil-fuel free. A special thank you to Wasserman who organised and hired us for this amazing event.
